Tell us this is a wedding keepsake. Add the names, wedding date, colors, and design instructions. Enter the date you need the finished piece, which may be earlier than the wedding.
Upload
After payment, use your private order link to send photographs and artwork. Send the highest-resolution originals available.
Review and receive
When a proof is provided, check names, dates, wording, and placement before approving it. Choose shipment or arrange local pickup by appointment once the order is ready.
The displayed price is the starting price for a Photo / Keepsake Panel. Size, materials, complexity, and print requirements may require a revised quote. We will obtain your approval before any additional charge. Contact us before ordering to confirm your preferred size, material, and presentation.

Which product should I choose on the order form?
The wedding-keepsake button opens the order form with Photo / Keepsake Panel selected. Describe the wedding design in the personalization field. For a different product or an unusual project, contact us first.
Can the design include names, a date, and a photograph?
Include the exact names, date, and wording in your design instructions. After checkout, upload a photograph or artwork you own or are authorized to reproduce. Contact us before ordering when a specific design requirement needs confirmation.
Which sizes and materials are available?
Please contact us to confirm current options and pricing for your preferred piece. The example illustrates a personalized design; it does not specify the size, material, or accessories for every order.
Will I see the design before it is made?
When a proof is provided, check the spelling of names, the date, the wording, and the image placement carefully before approving production. Discuss any specific proof requirements before ordering.
Can I request a particular completion date?
Enter the date you need the keepsake on the order form. Requested dates are not guaranteed until Bichon and Beam confirms the production schedule. Contact us before paying for a time-sensitive project.
